Within this project, I explored how sexuality in religions has changed and isn't enforced to the its best ability. I looked at this through Buddhism , Christianity, and Catholicism. The answer to my question was that none of these religions value sex as anything that should be done unless married and in order to create a child. However, there are many people in these religions that do not practice this aspect. Citations:
Overall summary of your learning from religion unit (focus on 2-3 general understandings).
I learned not to judge all religions. I have learned to accept them for what they are. I also learned different opinions of the Dalai Lama and other people throughout different religions.
Why did you choose this topic? What different things did you learn while researching and creating the project?
I chose this topic because i knew that there were many opinions on this topic. I also knew that these rules and beliefs were not enforced. I learned some of the reasons why certain religions believe that sex is a bad thing.
How do you feel about the final product? What are its strengths and what are its weaknesses?
I was sick throughout this entire process. I don't think that this project was done to the best of my abilities because of that. My strengths on this project was getting quotes. However, I struggled with the analysis because my mind wasn't in the right place.
